Paper

What are the 4 major characteristics of paper, according to the website? Post the answer on your blog.

The website refers to ISO Brightness and a TAPPI scale. Look those two scales up and write at least a paragraph on each of them to indicate to me you understand how their systems work. Post this on your blog.

• ISO- ISO brightness is the European standard. Measures indoor light plus some unfiltered daylight which would be untinted windows. It does medium UV content and this scale produces a number that is higher than TAPPI but lower than D65. Iso brightness numbers can exceed 100%, but not too much. 
• TAPPI- TAPPI is the original standard and most common. It measures indoor lighting plus some filtered daylight which would be tinted windows. It is with low UV content and because of this, it yields the lowest brightness reading. These numbers will rarely exceed 100%.

• Colorado Fiber Satin 245- alpha cellulose, single sided, bright white / high dmax. water resistant, pigment /dye, acid and lignin free
• Slickrock Metallic Silver 300- brightness 39, gloss 60deg 78, acid free, single sided, pigment dye, designed for photographers who want to enhance their photos with a metallic look, ultra shiny, instant dry coating
